Food Log - Day 9


I had intentions of early rising for some cardio but I will have to get in this evening. I couldnt pull myself out of bed!

Coffee w/ Soy Milk

Meal 1: 2 egg whites (1yolk) , salt & pepper, turkey, slice of hemp toast, 1/2tbsp cream cheese

Meal 2: protein shake

Meal 3: Cucumber & Tomatos, Turkey (about 4oz) slice of bread, slice of yellow cheese

Meal 4: Tuna w/ red chile tortilla (taco size)

Meal 5: ground turkey breast w/ taco seasoning, spinach, onions tomato & salsa

5min warm up on stairs
18mins on treadmill (at 10 and 15 incline, get up them hills!)
30 mins on Eliptical
20mins of Abs (BURN BABY BURN)
+ lots and lots of ABS

VEGAS IS 3 DAYS AWAY!!!
