Latte w/ Soy Milk
Meal 1: 1/2 english muffin, egg, sausage, cheese (had to grab this on the go so I ate 1/2 the bread) from SBUX
Meal 2: Protein Whey shake
Meal 3: Fresh spinach w/ mushrooms, ground turkey breast with taco seasoning, 1/2 whole wheat roll (the key to this is really planning it out and making stuff the nite before, other wise you fall off track)
Meal 4: 4oz chicken breast, 1/2cup fresh corn
Meal 5: ground turkey breast, fresh spinach, green onion, tomato & some salsa
