Food Log - Day 7


Weekend dedication is MUCH more difficult that week days. . . i like to splurge but I am committed to being aware and having smaller portions.

Coffee w/ Soy Milk

Meal 1: 2 eggs, salt & pepper, basil & tomato, 2 slices of bacon

Meal 2: protein shake

Meal 3: Grapes & Cherries in the sunshine

Meal 4: didnt happen

Meal 5: Shrimp cocktail and salmon patty w/ fresh tomato & basil
1 Hour of Cardio (Eliptical & Stairs)

AGUA AGUA AGUA!
