Food Log - Day 5


I dropped 2LBS!
It is working. . .leaner muscles are coming!

Coffee w/ Soy Milk

Meal 1: 1/2 hemp bagel, 2 egg whites (1yolk) cream cheese, salt & pepper

Meal 2: Protein Whey shake

Meal 3: Turkey burger with 1/2 bun, pickles & mustard

Meal 4: 4oz Chicken Breast

Meal 5: 4 glasses of champagne (roughly, small amount of red wine too) 3 cornmeal dusted shrimp, 2slices of tomato, 4oz ahi tuna w/ brocolli rab and green beans - small bites of red velvet & pound cake, delicious!
Dinner out is hard, gotta improvise a bit, i really did focus on eating small amounts while still enjoying being out with friends.
