Food Log - Day 3


SUPER FOCUSED AND ON TRACK!!!

Coffee w/ Soy Milk

Meal 1: 1/2 Hemp bagel, 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1 yolk, smidge of cream cheese & salt, pepper

Meal 2: Protein Whey shake

Meal 3: Mixed green salad w/ 4oz of salmon, hummus & hot sauce, one falafel ball

Meal 4: 4oz of mixed tuna salad, 1 rice cake

Meal 5: Turkey Burger patty w/ spicey bok choy
I worked out hard today - took a 30min AB class (ugh, that ish is ridiculous) rode the stationary bike for 15mins and worked out with Joe for 1hr.
I feel GREAT!
