Food Log - Day 11


1 Red pill my trainer gave me (i am not taking anymore for now, just wanted a jump)
35mins cardio
100situps

Coffee w/ Soy Milk

Meal 1: 2egg whites, 1yolk. slice of hemp toast, turkey slice, smidge of cream cheese

Meal 2: protein shake

Meal 3: tomatoes and avocado, sliced turkey & provolone cheese on one slice of whole wheat bread. (no mayo or mustard, i do how the Euros do, dry please)

Meal 4: sliced turkey  w/ red chile tortilla (taco size)

Meal 5: 1/12 tuna w/ 3 flatbread crackers (not really in the mood for anything

MANI PEDI in ridiculous PINK!
I am down 4lbs!
