Food Log - DAY 8


Coffee w/ Soy Milk

Meal 1: 1 egg, 1/2 Hemp bagel

Meal 2: Chicken salad w/ salsa

Meal 3: Protein Shake

Meal 4: 1/2 cup tuna & 1 rice cake

Meal 5: Sauted chicken w/ red, yellow & green peppers, onions & cilantro

Meal 6: Cherries, Grapes and 2 cubes of cheese

25mins cardio
1hour with Joe
