I originally saw this photo taken by Garance Doré and fell in love with this look.
After searching and reading thru comments, I discoverd the bottoms were none other than a simple
American Apparel one piece.
Found in a variety of colors and patterns, I have a few of them now.
You can pull all the way up or bunch down, its a great little piece.
