Snack Ideas. . .

Keep them healthy and low in carbs.
Here is a list of go to ideas (with some inspiration from my friend Allison R.):

- Cheese & Apple

- Celery & Almond Butter

- Hardboiled or Deviled Egg

- Cottage Cheese- Tuna salad (no mayo) in lettuce cups (or use red & green cabbage as a cup for even more nutrients)

- Nuts

- String Cheese

- Hummus + Cherry Tomato, Baby Carrots, Celery, Red Pepper, Jicama (any raw vegi you like)

And try having a V-8 or juice your own.
Sometimes having success is making it easy to reach!
