The hardest part will be going into the weekend and keeping your focus. Do you what you have to but really try to eat lean - LOTS of veggies. If you go out for dinner try to stick with a lean fish and veggies - nothing has to be boring or taste bad. Work with it.
If you can - this weekend, go get a massage or get a facial - really pamper yourself and treat your beautiful body!
