Day 3 of 10!!

Hopefully you are all feeling good and starting to turn a corner. The first few days are always the hardest.

Tonite, try to get to a steam room and really sweat - most gyms these days have them and if you are in the city you could treat yourself to Kabuki Spa. . . $25 for unlimited use of the baths and steams. I can spend hours in there!

I think you are all fantastic - dont give in!!!!

TIP: Add Coconut water to any smoothie, or just sip on it. I also use coconut oil to cook my chicken in, it tastes delcious and is so good foryou
