Bar Method


All I am saying is - get in and do this!!!
After my first 30days, I am committed. I have been going 3-4x a week, I am sore but in that good tight kind of way. I am starting to see some longer toning in my legs and my butt is feeling tight. You will NOT be disappointed by this strong but extremely elegant work out.
