5-6 small meals a deal really does work. High in protein!
I promise it works!
Meal 1: Whole Wheat Tortilla, filled w/ 2 scrambled eggs + fresh salsa
Meal 2: Whey Protein Shake
Meal 3: Mixed Vegi & Chicken salad w/ 1 piece of whole wheat bread
Meal 4: 1 cup Cottage Cheese or 3 sticks of Celery w/ nut butter
Meal 5: Grilled fish w/ vegi's and brown or wild rice
Meal 6: 1 decaf green tea, mixed with one favorite herbal tea (good for bedtime relaxing)
Keep on WORKING OUT!!!
