Day 1 - Cleanse
My juices for the day:
1: Green (romaine, celery, cucumber, green apple, spinach, kale, parsley, lemon)
2: Pineapple/Apple/Mint
3: Green (romaine, celery, cucumber, green apple, spinach, kale, parsley, lemon)
4: Tart and Spicy Lemonade (water, lemon, cayenne, agave)
5: Green (romaine, celery, cucumber, green apple, spinach, kale, parsley, lemon)
6: Cashew Nut milk (with vanilla bean, cinnamon, and a touch of agave nectar)
Tonite I have a session with Julie, my trainer who will no doubt kick my ass!
I hope she goes a little easy on me since I'm on only juice!
