That is not to say that I am still not on the program! I just didnt want to bore you with my day in and day out of food intake. I am down 4lbs - fighting hard to keep going, only about 6-8 more!
I am still eating 5-6 meals a day, all small and protein enriched.
Saturday morning I will weigh in and get photos taken by my trainer to check my progress.
I am doing cardio 4x a week and circuit training 3x a week.
If you are not on a program - FIND ONE THAT WORKS FOR YOU!
50% of this country is OBESE! Get on it!
