Adidas unveils shoe collection in honor of LGBT Pride Month . . .
In 1969, violent riots erupted on the streets of New York City after police raided the Stone Wall Inn, unjustly targeting the gay community. The
#Superstar was also released that year and is now redesigned to remember all those who fought for equality.
This Pride Month, adidas (and Nike) will be celebrating the LGBT community. The company unveiled a limited-edition shoe series called “The Pride Pack,” featuring revamped designs of classics (including Stan Smiths and Superstars).

When walking together, each step forward matters. A portion of the proceeds from the adidas Originals Pride Pack will go to New Avenues for Youth. Available June 6 online and at select adidas Originals locations.
