Day 2. Cleanse.
Last nite I was up to late watching Dreamgirls.
I sang and danced and freaked out the cat and probably my guy too.
I finally fell asleep at just after midnite.
I woke up this morning and 545a and headed to BAR METHOD for a burn.
I was tired and kept my eyes closed a lot during class.
Here I am. At my desk. Drinking. Drinking. and more Drinking.
I have already spilled a glass of water this morning and finding it hard to focus.
Drinking some green tea to dull the slight headache I feel.
Over all the my energy is up (though I wish I could take a nap right now). I feel less bloated already.
Juices up.

The next 8 days. Cleanse.
It is probably everywhere you go right now. Cleanse cleanse cleanse. Well I say DRINK THE KOOL AID and get on a program that works for you. You will feel amazing and full of energy.
You don't need to starve yourself to have success.
Here is what my program will look like and a sample menu:
2 x 12oz vegetable juices
1 x 16oz fruit smoothie
1 x green salad
1 x 12oz daily soup
1 x grain salad (optional as needed)
I will do BAR METHOD daily and take longs walks.
I will take hot baths and steams to be sure I am getting it all out. SWEATING is KEY.
I will get a facial and a mani pedi. It is important to treat yourself good during the cleanse process. It makes all of it that much more enjoyable. It is a gift your giving yourself, not a punishment.
I will put my updates and photos on the blog, not only to share with you but it keeps me accountable for plan and staying on top of my commitment to MYSELF!!!

Bobbi Brown announced that Katie Holmes would be the beauty brand's first ever celeb face in September -- a major move for both the actress and the makeup mainstay. The much anticipated ad launches today at counters and online, with a second image debut slated for February. Holmes, who is often spotted sans makeup, looks polished and pretty in Bobbi Brown's new Long-Wear Cream Shadow Sticks — launching January 20th. Holmes spoke of her new relationship with Bobbi Brown, explaining "I’ve always been a fan of her makeup, because it’s so easy to apply. Her color palettes aren't extreme, so when I first started wearing makeup it felt comfortable and I didn’t feel like I had too much on, which can happen. And then I met her, and she is just a lovely person — so generous. I think that it’s so exciting what she’s built with this company. She’s an incredible woman. So I’m thrilled on so many levels."
