PIZZA in SF by Chef Hill!
Bix chef/owner Bruce Hill, a certified pizzaiolo who just happens to be responsible for some of the Bay Area's best pizzas at Larkspur's Pizzeria Picco (total fact), has a big-time pizza project on the way.
Hill has inked a deal to take over the vaunted Azie space (826 Folsom St.), where he'll install a 120-seat restaurant named Zero Zero, a reference to the flour that goes into traditional Neopolitan pies.

Tom Ford is giving the beauty business some lip — with Private Blend Lip Color, a new color collection, which is launching in April in Europe and on June 1 in the U.S.
The line includes 12 stockkeeping units — each priced $45 and each intended to serve as a bold punctuation to a woman’s look. As Ford insists, there is “no more dramatic accessory than a perfect lip.” He said he believes a strong lip has the power to “define a woman’s whole look.”
The lipstick formula includes soja seed extract, Brazilian murumuru butter and chamomilla flower oil, intended to offer a creamy texture and easy application. Intense, treated color pigments are meant to help keep color true.
The TF initial is carved into the top of each lipstick bullet, and each lipstick is housed in an ivory case with gold accents.

Lady Gaga More Influential Than Anna Wintour?
In a poll on Time's website, the public can vote on who they think the most influential people of 2010 are. Lady Gaga has skyrocketed from No. 54 to No.1. She is followed by Michelle Obama at 14, Snooki at 16, and Beyoncé, who is woefully underranked, at 19. Also underranked by these standards are Marc Jacobs at No. 99 and Anna Wintour at No. 122
Hmm - my initial thoughts on this is no way. I think most of the styles we see are things that are picked from Anna Wintour and her Vogue team, and then people make them their own.
Influential no - Style leaders yes.
