Friends - and now design partners - Mary J. Blige and Catherine Malandrino have paired up to create a t-shirt line with the purpose of celebrating women's empowerment everywhere.

The new tee collection will be sold under the label FFAWN + Catherine Malandrino
FFAWN, is the charity that Blige founded back in 2008, (Foundation for the Achievement of Women Now).

The newly coined phrase T-Luxe was created by the duo to perfectly define the hand-painted tunics that feature messages like "I’m Free" and "I’m Power."

Alexander McQueen - RIP

The British fashion designer Alexander McQueen has been found dead at his London home at the age of 40.

The death comes days before the start of London fashion week and a month before the designer was to unveil his new collection at Paris fashion week.

McQueen was a four-time winner of the British designer of the year award as well as the international designer of the year award from the Council of Fashion Designers of America. He was awarded the CBE in 2003.

McQueen is an amazing designer and one of my personal favorites. His legacy lives on.

Rest in peace young soul.

Living Proof - IT WORKS!!

So I posted this product a week or so ago. . . I purchased it and today was my first day of using it. Let this be my testimonial: it is FANTASTIC.
The way the product has the hair stay attached to each strand as a whole creating a fuller look vs thin stringy hair.
It is not a root lifter - so if you need root lifting you should use a product for that. This is for the overall fullness of the hair. And it smells good!
